Movement training for neurological conditions
For people living with neurological conditions, progress comes from finding accessible ways to move and then practicing them with enough repetition to build capacity. We work at your pace, with your goals.
Who it's for
- People working on balance, gait and coordination
- Clients who want to stay strong and independent for longer
- Those continuing progress after hospital or outpatient rehabilitation
How we approach it
We start by finding what movement is accessible today, then build on it with coaching, feedback and progressive challenge. Electrical stimulation may be used when appropriate to provide additional sensory or neuromuscular input during exercise. The goal is always your own movement capacity.
Like everything at Mindful Current, it follows our method: Assess → Unlock → Move → Load → Adapt → Own. See how we work.
